Blue iQ is a data cabling specialist, capable of providing cabling services ranging from an extra internet socket or phone point in your spare room, through complex gigabit office networks, to high capacity fibre optic links in industrial environments.
All Blue iQ cabling installation work is carried out by Australian Communication and Media Authority (ACMA) certified installation technicians to Australian Standards. After we have installed your network, we test it, not by just plugging in a laptop and saying 'yes, it works' but by using state of the art network analyzers which stress test the installation, pushing it to its limits and then keeping a record of the test results. Working with industry leaders Molex and ADC Krone, Blue iQ can certify networks and provide manufacturer warranties that guarantee network integrity and perfomance for up to 25 years.
Blue iQ can install both wired and fibre optic network components. With traditional copper networks now up to the 10 gigabit mark, Blue iQ is ideally placed with its experienced installers, test equipment and manufacturer support to install network cabling into the most demanding environment.
When you need to go the extra mile or two, Blue iQ has a wealth of experience with fibre optic networks. From a quick repair with our state of the art fusion splicer to installing new fibre links, Blue iQ has the fibre experience you can trust.
Blue iQ holds its own stock, and typically has more data cabling stock on hand than most wholesalers, meaning fewer delays and the ability to respond quickly to 'need it fixed now' jobs. With our manufacturer support, hard to get or less common items can easily be overnighted into our warehouse.
Blue iQ believes in the statement 'wireless for convenience, wired where it matters'. An off the shelf wireless access point is great around the home for use with your laptop, however in a business environment would you want to trust your productivity to a system with no guarantees of performance or against interference such as other wireless networks and cordless phones? That said, Blue iQ appreciates there are times when only wireless will do, and Blue iQ can install professional dedicated wireless links for short or long range requirements.
Blue iQ has its own trenching equipment and operators, so whether you need a short lead-in laid or a longer run, Blue iQ has the equipment to get the job done without using contractors, resulting in a seamless workflow and fewer delays.
